Routine Check-Ups and Wellness Visits

Acute Care

For minor injuries and illnesses

We can promptly treat minor injuries and illnesses, such as sprains, cuts, colds, and infections, ensuring you get convenient and comprehensive care close to home.

Women's Health

Contraception, IUD, Menopause, Well-Woman Visits

Regular gynecological exams, PAP smears, breast exams and prenatal care are all part of the OB-GYN services offered.

Obstetric Care

Prenatal, delivery, and ultrasonography

Regular prenatal check-ups help monitor the growth of your baby and check for any abnormalities all while monitoring your health; your doctor is with you throughout the whole prenatal and delivery experience.

Men's Health

Services offered include care for general health concerns encountered by men, including permanent male contraceptive services (vasectomy).

Chronic condition management

Ongoing, long-term management of chronic conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes, etc. Services involve easy access to a dedicated care team along with care coordination and medication management.

Fracture care, joint injections, and osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT)

An osteopathic manipulative treatment adjusts a patient's body through manipulation of the skeleton and muscles to alleviate pain and promote wellness. Steroids (short for corticosteroids) decrease inflammation and are used to treat a variety of inflammatory diseases and conditions.

Imaging

Ultrasound and X-Ray

Ultrasound and x-ray imaging help diagnose issues occurring inside the body, including vascular, obstetrical and orthopedic conditions.

Colonoscopy and endoscopy

Endoscopy refers to the use of an endoscope, an instrument used to examine the interior of a hollow organ or cavity of the body such as the esophagus or colon.

Dermatological procedures

Comprehensive dermatological services offered including laceration repair, mole and skin lesion removal, wart cryotherapy, toenail removal, etc.

Integrated Behavioral Health Services

For individuals, couples and families

Our comprehensive integrated behavioral and mental health services are provided in partnership with primary care clinicians to provide holistic healthcare for individuals, couples, and families. This includes diagnostic evaluation and assessment, counseling, and medication management for all ages.

Pediatric and adolescent care

Services include well child checks, ADD/ADHD screenings, asthma care, acne management, treatment for acute illnesses, school and sports physicals, and more.

Pharmacogenomics

Receive personalized medication recommendations based on your genetic makeup to optimize treatment effectiveness and minimize side effects.

Screenings and lab tests

Our on-site lab draw offers fast, convenient and comprehensive testing services.

Immunizations

Immunizations train your immune system to ward off infectious diseases. Stay up to date on your immunizations to prevent vaccine-preventable diseases from flu to polio.

There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.
